Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that travel plans can change. Below are the terms and conditions regarding cancellations, fees, and credit options depending on when you request a cancellation.
1. Reservations & Initial Deposits
- Within 24 Hours of Booking: You may cancel your reservation within 24 hours of booking for a full refund of your initial deposit, with no cancellation fees applied.
- Between 24 Hours and 7 Days: If you cancel after 24 hours but within 7 days of making your reservation, a £15 cancellation processing fee will be deducted from your deposit, and the remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
- After 7 Days of Booking: If you cancel 7 days or more after making your reservation:
- The initial deposit (up to £50 per person) becomes non-refundable.
- Travel Credit Option: While non-refundable, this deposit (up to £50 per person) is not lost—it will be held as a credit that you can apply toward any future booking with us.
2. Post-Ticket / Voucher Issuance
- Airline & Vendor Rules Apply: Once your flight tickets, hotel vouchers, or supplier reservations have been officially issued, cancellation rules and penalties will be governed strictly by the respective airline, hotel, or third‑party vendor’s policy.
- Additional airline or vendor cancellation fees, penalty charges, or non‑refundable fare terms will apply over and above our agency service fees.
3. How to Request a Cancellation

Note: Cancellation requests are processed based on the timestamp of when your written notice is received. Refunds of deposit will be processed within 48 hours and travel credits will be processed within 4 to 6 weeks.

- Travel Services Providers: We act as an intermediary between you and service providers such as airlines, hotels, and car hire companies. We are not responsible for the actions or failures of these suppliers.
